Josephine has a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, with experience in providing positive behaviour support and supporting individuals with complex needs, such as autism, intellectual disabilities and schizophrenia. Prior to joining the team, she worked in early intervention and disability support services for young autistic children. Josephine is passionate about delivering strength-based, person-centred practice that empowers participants to build independence and improve quality of life, as well as bringing a genuine commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with friends and family.
