Ian C
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Ian has experience supporting children and young people with behavioural challenges, as well as individuals and families requiring behaviour support and case management services. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a support worker, case manager, and behavioural therapist, developing a strong foundation in understanding behaviour and supporting meaningful outcomes for the people he works with. Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis. He is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve positive, sustainable change and brings a genuine commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships with those he supports. Ian values taking an individualised approach, combining evidence-based practice with empathy, patience, and creativity to develop strategies that align with each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Outside of work, Ian enjoys cooking, visual art, movies, TV shows, and video games. He is also currently learning how to sew and enjoys exploring a range of creative pursuits.
