Ray completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Monash University. He has experience supporting NDIS participants across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, psychosocial disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex support needs. Prior to joining the team, Ray gained experience across aged care, paediatric, community rehabilitation and disability settings, as well as acute and geriatric services through his clinical placements. Ray is passionate about empowering participants to build independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful participation in everyday activities. He takes a client-centred and evidence-based approach to practice and enjoys working collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes and support individuals to reach their goals. Outside of work, Ray enjoys exploring new food and cafés, travelling and playing tennis.
