Support Coordinator
Al has worked in various sales and business management roles for start-ups, small businesses and large enterprises. He was also a digital nomad in Asia for a few years before returning to Australia to pursue a more meaningful and impactful career within the disability space. He is passionate to help others to navigate the NDIS and get the support they need, having seen firsthand from family experience how daunting it can be. Away from work, Al enjoys staying in, playing boardgames or heading out for sports such as golf or cricket. Either way, a good coffee is a must for Al.

Christine H
Support Coordinator
Christine has a background in Child Protection and Aged D&A. Her passion is to support all people in our community, to achieve their dreams in a safe and happy environment. She loves to think outside the stereotypical boxes and believes anything is achievable using strength-based approach.

Dillon P
Senior Support Coordinator
Dillon is a Support Coordinator with experience in Neurodivergence, SIL/SDA and Hospital Discharge Planning. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a support worker, in SIL houses as a key worker and in Support Coordination Team Leader roles. Dillon is passionate about empowering participants to build their capacity to live as independently as possible, live their life with a purpose and brings a genuine commitment to working closely and in collaboration with participants family and key stakeholders to get the best outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys playing/watching a variety of sports and going to the gym.

Hailey B
Support Coordinator
Hailey has over 20 years of experience in the aged care sector, specialising in lifestyle and leisure. Hailey has lived experience with all aspects of care and helping people stay in their homes as long as possible and will always be an advocate for the elderly. Hailey’s passion is helping participants to live their life without barriers holistically. Hailey is a proud Mum of two boys, is very close with her family, is an avid reader. She also barracks for St Kilda and adores her fur babies. Hailey always looks forward to building people’s capacity to live life to the fullest.

Terry S
Specialist Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Terry has completed a master’s in social work and started working in the disability field in 2019. He is deeply committed to supporting our community and those must vulnerable. Throughout his career, he has worked in various settings, including a community legal centre, a Mental Health Support Worker and a Specialist Support Coordinator. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact.
